You should calibrate (verify) a thermometer once for each time you need to know how accurate it is within the manufacturer’s published timeframe for how long the thermometer readings will still be within specifications. For example if the manufacturer says the readings will be within tolerance for 30 days from the most recent calibration and you need to make an accurate measurement every 45 days then you’ll need to calibrate it before you use it every time. To Reset or adjust Infrared Temperature Thermometer:
Hold the Mode button for 2 seconds to enter into the settings
From the settings, you can select different modes, i.e Mode 1 to define tolerance, Mode 2 to adjust alarm Pop-ups, Mode 3: To switch temperature either in Celsius or Fahrenheit, Mode 4: To set alarm beep.
